By accessing or using PadelFlow+ (the “website”) you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

PadelFlow+ is a community platform for padel players that provides information, resources and links to our group chats and services. You agree to use the website solely for lawful, respectful and community-appropriate purposes and must not engage in any conduct that would harm the website, its users or third parties.

In our group chat, you must not: impersonate others; post material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory or infringing; send spam or unsolicited advertising; upload malware; circumvent security; harvest data; or otherwise interfere with the website’s and group chats' operation. You are solely responsible for your conduct and for any content you submit.

All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, designs) is owned by PadelFlow+ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, create derivative works from or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

By submitting content to PadelFlow+ group chats (including comments, feedback, event listings or images) you grant PadelFlow+ a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display that content for any purpose, including promotion and operation of the website. You warrant you have all necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

PadelFlow+ may provide links to third-party group chats and platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram) and to other websites. Such links are provided for convenience only. You join and participate at your own risk and must comply with the rules.

The website and all content, features and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelFlow+ disclaims all liability for unavailability, errors, omissions or defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelFlow+ will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever (including indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of business) arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the website, your participation in third-party groups, or reliance on any content on the website, even if PadelFlow+ has been advised of the possibility of such loss. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, PadelFlow+’s total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the amount you have paid to PadelFlow+ in the 12 months preceding the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

PadelFlow+ reserves the right to remove, block or refuse to post any content, and to suspend or terminate access to the website or any account at any time without notice for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the website, the group chats and their users. We may, but are not required to, cooperate with law enforcement or third parties in investigations.

The website may collect and process personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store personal data and the rights you have. By using the website, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PadelFlow+ relating to your use of the website and supersede all prior agreements. No failure or delay by PadelFlow+ in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver of that right.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
